Board of GHCL appoints director

At meeting held on 24 November 2014

GHCL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 November 2014 has appointed Lavanya Rastogi as an Independent Director of the Company to fill casual vacancy caused due to resignation of Surendra Singh besides the performance evaluation of Independent directors.

Further, his appointment is effective from 24 November 2014 till 31 March 2019.
