Board of Unno Industries accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 11 August 2015

Unno Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2015, inter alia, were discussed and approved the following matters :

1. The Board herewith accepted the resignation of Rohit Shaw, Director of the Company and also appraised the time he had devoted to the organisation.

2. The board also reviewed the working of the Company and is looking forward for the expansion of its present business.
