The Board of Varroc Engineering at its meeting held on 29 April 2020 has approved the appointment of Rohit Prakash, (DIN: 02425849) as Additional Director on the Board of the company with effect from 29 April 2020.The Board also accepted the resignation of Ashwani Maheshwari (DIN: 07341295) from the post of CEO and Whole time Director of the Company with effect from 29 April 2020.
