Board of Veritas (India) allots equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 27 July 2015

Veritas (India) announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held 27 July 2015, had issued and allotted 26,00,000 (Twenty Six Lacs) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each at the premium of Rs. 99/-(Rupees Ninety Nine Only) each on Preferential basis.
