Board of Zee Learn accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 30 July 2015

Zee Learn announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, inter alia, has accepted the resignation of Subodh Kumar, Non-Executive Director as a Director of the Company and the said resignation shall be with immediate effect.
