To enter into joint development agreement with Yuken India for project in Bangalore

Brigade Enterprises announced that the Company is the successful bidder for the Joint Development of the property owned by Yuken India (a company listed with BSE) admeasuring 6 acres 14.982 guntas (25797 sq. mts.) at Whitefield Bangalore.

The Joint Development Agreement will be executed shortly.
