BS allots equity shares

Under ESOP

BS has allotted, on 07 October 2015, 19,520 Equity Shares (including 9,760 Bonus Equity Shares) of Re.1/- each to the grantees, upon exercise of 976 Options @ Rs. 109.95 per Share of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (ESOP 2011") of the Company. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.

The Company, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders dated 10 January 2014, has sub divided the Face Value of the Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each into Re. 1/- each with effect from 22 January 2014. Accordingly, the Option holders, upon exercise of each Option of Rs. 10/-, are issued and allotted 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company.
