C Mahendra Exports allots equity shares

On preferential basis

C Mahendra Exports announced that pursuant to shareholders approval dated 05 January 2013, the total no. of 5,67,780 equity shares have been allotted on preferential basis.

Consequent to aforesaid allotment, Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been increased to Rs 60.56 crore from Rs 60 crore.
