C. Mahendra Exports lost 3.27% to Rs 194.95 at 15:17 IST on BSE as the stock turned ex-dividend today, 5 March 2014, for interim dividend of 10 paise per share for the year ending 31 March 2014.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 66.02 points or 0.31% at 21,275.75.
On BSE, so far 41,000 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 61,000 shares in the past two weeks.
The stock hit a high of Rs 202.30 and a low of Rs 194 so far during the day.
Before turning ex-dividend, the stock offered a dividend yield of 0.04% based on the closing price of Rs 201.55 on Tuesday, 4 March 2014.
