Catvision announces change in company secretary & compliance officer

Catvision announced that Rency K. George the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from her post and in her place Anubha Samariya has been appointed new Company Secretary of the Company. She has also been nominated as the new Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
