CHL announced that Luv Malhotra, one of the promoters of CHL has acquired 31,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a consideration of Rs. 6,55,000 as on 06 February 2015.By acquiring the same the total stake of Promoters (including persons acting in concert) has increased from 39,210,770 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each (71.53%) to 39,241,770 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each (71.58%).
