Cimmco to allot 72 lakh equity shares

Under Scheme of Amalgamation

Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Titagarh Agrico with Cimmco sanctioned by the NCLT, the Board of Directors of Cimmco has passed a resolution on 02 December, 2017, to allot 72,00,000 (Seventy two lakh) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to Titagarh Wagons, the eligible/only member of Titagarh Agrico ('TAPL'), in the share exchange ratio of 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for every 5 (five) equity share of Rs. 10/- each held in TAPL.
