Cochin Shipyard standalone net profit rises 122.38% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 15.04% to Rs 600.60 crore

Net profit of Cochin Shipyard rose 122.38% to Rs 91.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 41.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 15.04% to Rs 600.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 522.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 23.39% to Rs 396.75 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 321.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 14.39% to Rs 2355.12 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2058.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
