Bonus equity shares get admitted for trading on NSE and BSE

Container Corporation Of India announced that it has received approval and trading permission for 4,87,43,548 Bonus Equity Shares issued and allotted by CONCOR from NSE and BSE vide their letter(s) dated 13 April 2017. Pursuant to the above, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 243,71,77,390/- consisting of 24,37,17,739 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
