LIC Housing Finance withdraws bankruptcy proceedings against D B Realty
D B Realty announced that the Company and LIC Housing Finance have arrived at a settlement and have executed a debt settlement agreement dated 16 October 2017. Pursuant thereto, LIC has on 16 October 2017 withdrawn the application made by it in the National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai against D B Realty and the said application by LIC therefore stands disposed off as withdrawn.
