Damodar Industries fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 03 September 2015

Damodar Industries announced that the Company has fixed 03 September 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members for the Issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. one new equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid -up for every 4 (four) existing equity share held by the members.
