DCB Bank to raise Rs 150 crore through Tier 2 bond issue

On private placement basis

DCB Bank announced that the Managing Director & CEO in consultation with the Chairman and the Chief Financial Officer have approved on 09 January 2018, the issuance of Unsecured Non Convertible Tier 2 Bonds for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.150 crore (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crores), on private Placement Basis.
