Duke Offshore announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 01 July 2015

Duke Offshore announced that the Company have appointed Anil Kumar Tiwari as the Company's Compliance officer in keeping with the Regulation 18A of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992.

Further, Anil Kumar Tiwari is a replacement in place of Suresh Shankar Pawar who has ceased to be the Company's compliance officer with effect from 01 July 2015.
