Edelweiss Financial Services announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on 10 February 2015, allotted 8,85,025 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company.
