Eldeco Housing & Industries provides update on scheme of amalgamation

Scheme becomes effect from 11 September 2017

Eldeco Housing & Industries announced that the scheme of amalgamation of Halwasiya Agro Industries and M A K Sales with the Company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies on 11 September 2017, the scheme became effective from the said date. The Scheme was approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana vide its order dated 01 August 2017 and by National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench vide its order dated 16 August 2017.
