Elder Health Care announces resignation of director

With effect from 12 December 2014

Elder Health Care announced that B. L. Gupta who is an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors as well as from the Member Audit Committee from 12 December 2014.

Further, B. L. Gupta's resignation will be placed on the ensuing Board Meeting.
