Emami issues Commercial Papers

Aggregating Rs 950 crore

Emami announced that the Company has issued Commercial Papers (CPs) aggregating to Rs. 950 crore.

1. "CRISIL A1+" (pronounced "CRISIL A One Plus") for Rs. 900 crore by CRISIL vide its letter no BK/ROC/05/2015-1118

2. "CARE A1+" (pronounced "Care A One Plus") for Rs. 250 crore by CARE vide its letter no CARE/KRO/RL/2014-15/1811.
