On and from 31 August 2015
Engineers India announced that the Final Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on or from 31 August 2015, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on 25 August 2015.
