M. Natarajan has been appointed as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 14 November 2014.

K. Rajagopal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from his position with effect from 14 November 2014.

A. Ganesh, Vice President Finance and Accounts have been designed as a Chief financial Officer of the Company with effect from 14 November 2014.
