Firstsource Solutions allots 86,625 equity shares

Under ESOP

Firstsource Solutions has allotted 86,625 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each bearing distinctive numbers 688,415,853 to 688,502,477 on 29th June 2018, under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,885,024,770 consisting of 688,502,477 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
