Firstsource Solutions has appointed Pradip Roy as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company for 3 (three) consecutive years, subject to the approval of members, from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting upto the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for the financial year 2020-21.
