Under stock options
Fortis Malar Hospitals announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 3750 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, to the grantee(s), upon exercise of vested stock options.Consequent to the said allotment, the fully paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 186,055,090/- divided into 18,605,509 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
