Fortis Malar Hospitals shifts registered office

With immediate effect

Fortis Malar Hospitals announced that the Regional Director, Chennai has approved the shift of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Tamil Nadu to the National capital Territory of Delhi filed vide Company Petition No. 408/17/RD (SR)/2014.

Therefore, the new registered office address of the Company shall be 'Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre, Okhla Road, New Delhi - 110025' - with immediate effect.
