Fortune Financial Services (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 December 2015, to consider and approve the audited Stand-alone and Consolidated Financial statements of the Company for the half year ended on September 30, 2015 for the purpose of proposed rights issue by the Company and any other item incidental to the proposed rights issue by the Company.
