Gala Global Products announced that Mihir M. Shah (DIN:06955550) and Pragnaben S. Shah(DIN: 07817925) have resigned from the post of Non Executive Independent Directors of the company via their resignation letters dated 21 June 2018 with effect from close of business hours on 21 June 2018.The Board has appointed Smit N. Champaneri (DIN: 08163911) and Mahipalsinh B. Jhala (DIN: 08163914) as Additional Non Executive Independent Directors to fill the vacancy created by resignation of above said director.
