Genus Power Infrastructures announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Genus Power Infrastructures announced that Satya Narayan Vijayvergiya has been appointed as an additional director of the Company with effect from 14 November 2014 to hold office till the next annual general meeting,

Satya Narayan Vijayvergiya has also been appointed as Executive Director of the Company for a period of 1 (one) year w.e.f. 14 November 2014, pursuant to provision of section 196/197 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
