Godrej Consumer Products announced that the Board has noted the resignation of P. Ganesh, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from the close of business hours on 31 March 2015. As part of talent rotation within the Group, P. Ganesh will be moving to another Group Company from 01 April 2015.V. Srinivasan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 April 2015 and shall ensure compliances with effect from 01 April 2015.
