Godrej Properties reports consolidated net profit of Rs 260.47 crore in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 207.56% to Rs 1330.64 crore

Net profit of Godrej Properties reported to Rs 260.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against net loss of Rs 191.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 207.56% to Rs 1330.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 432.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 352.37 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against net loss of Rs 189.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 138.57% to Rs 1824.88 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 764.92 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
