GOL Offshore announced that the tenure of Prakash Chandra Kapoor and Vijay Kumar as Executive Directors of the Company had ended on 30 April 2015. However they continue to be the non-executive directors of the Company.Further note that the Board of Directors has appointed Prakash Chandra Kapoor as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 30 October 2015. Consequent upon his appointment as CEO Prakash Chandra Kapoor becames a Whole Time Director of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors has also appointed Vijay Kumar as the Vice-Chairman of the Board. Prakash Chandra Kapoor continues to be the Chairman of the Board.
