Granules India fixes record date for stock split

Record date is 24 March 2015

Granules India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 March 2015 has fixed the Record date as 24 March 2015 for the purpose of sub-division of each equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- into 10 (ten) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up.
