Scheme becomes effective on 26 October 2016
Granules India announced that High Court of Hyderabad has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation whereby GIL Lifesciences (Transferor Company and Wholly owned subsidiary) stands amalgamated with Granules India. The certified true copy of the Court order was filed with the Registrar of Companies on 26 October 2016.
