Graphite India Board approves dividend

Of Rs 20 per share

The Board of Directors of Graphite India approved payment of interim dividend @ Rs 20 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for year ending 31 March 2019 on 195375594 equity shares of Rs 2 each issued by the company. The same will be paid and despatched to shareholders on 28 November 2018.
