Green Fire Agri Commodities to hold board meeting

Green Fire Agri Commodities will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 September 2014, to Consider and Approve Notice calling for 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, and to take note of change of name of the Company to "Proseed Agro Tech Limited" subject to approval of shareholders and change of Main Objects of the Company.
