Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation appoints director

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation announced that Prof. Shailesh Gandhi, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad has been appointed as Additional Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company in addition to three existing Independent Directors.

With this appointment, the Board of Directors of GMDC consists of 50% Independent Directors.
