HDFC allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation on 18 March 2014 allotted 4,93,025 equity shares of Rs 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital would stand at Rs 312.08 crore consisting of 156,04,38,760 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
