HDFC Bank allots 9.27 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 927766 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS) on 18 September 2021. The paid up equity share capital will accordingly increase from Rs. 5536524124 equity shares of Re.1/- each to Rs. 5537451890 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
