Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that the Administrative Ministry i.e. Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOP&NG) vide letter dated 12 July 2019 have advised appointment of G. Rajendran Pillai (DIN 08510332) as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of three years from the date of notification of his appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
