Hitech Plast announces resignation of director

With effect from 30 June 2015

Hitech Plast announced that Ina A. Dani, a Non - Executive Director, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 30 June 2015, due to her inability to devote time to the affairs of the Company. The same was communicated vide her Resignation Letter dated 30 June 2015.
