Hotel Leela Venture announces resignation of director

With effect from 03 July 2015

Hotel Leela Venture announced Dinesh Kalani, Company Secretary, has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of working hours on 03 July 2015 and Anandghan Bohra has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in place of Dinesh Kalani.

The appointment of Anandghan Bohra shall be noted / ratified by the Board at their next meeting.
