HPC Biosciences to hold board meeting

On 14 January 2015

HPC Biosciences will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 January 2015, to consider split / sub-divide the face value of Equity Shares of the Company, to alter the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, and to fix day, date, time and venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company for the above mentioned purpose and approve the notice.
