IDFC appoints director

With effect from 01 October 2015

IDFC announced that Gautam Kaji is appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director on the Board of IDFC with effect from 01 October 2015. This is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company.
