India's services export rises 3.4% in September 2016

Services trade surplus narrows to US$ 5.47 billion in September 2016 As per the data released by the Reserve Bank of India, India's services exports rose 3.4% to US$ 13.77 billion in September 2016 over September 2015. Meanwhile, India's services imports moved up 11.4% to US$ 8.30 billion in September 2016.

India's services trade surplus narrowed 6.7% to US$ 5.47 billion in September 2016 from US$ 5.86 billion in September 2015.

India's services trade surplus fell 4.9% to US$ 32.36 billion in April-September 2016 over a year ago, with 7.7% rise in services imports to US$ 47.26 billion. India's services exports rose mere 2.2% to US$ 79.62 billion in April-September 2016.
