Indiabulls Housing Finance allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 05 May 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 20,000 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 66.82 crore divided into 33,41,41,071 equity of face value Rs 2 each to Rs 66.83 crore divided into 33,41,61,071 equity of face value Rs 2 each.
