Indiabulls Housing Finance provides business update

Allots NCDs aggregating Rs 7030 cr on private placement basis since July 2016

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that in terms of the Board authorization dated 25 April 2016, the Company has allotted Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 7,030 Crores on a Private Placement basis, from 01 July 2016 till date.
