Indian Toners & Developers announced that the Company has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary - Indian Toners U.S.A. Company (WOS) on 14 June 2016 in Florida. U.S.A. Now, the Company has made investment in WOS of US $ 30,000 towards subscription of 3,000 equity shares of US $ 10 each and accordingly Indian Toners U.S.A. Company has issued 3.000 Equity Shares of US $ 10 each to the Company
